Working hours

The standard workweek is 40 hours or eight hours a day over five days.

Maternity / Paternity Leave

Female employees receive 14 weeks of fully paid maternity leave.

Vacation Leave

Employees receive two days of paid annual leave a month.

Sick Leave

Employees are entitled to paid sick leave.

Bonus Payments

Bonuses in form of a 13th month payment is common but not mandatory.

Employment Termination Severance

The notice period starts at 15 days and increases depending on years of service. Severance is between 12 days and four months.
