The standard working hours are 45 hours a week, with a maximum of 10 hours a day.
Female employees receive 18 weeks of maternity leave. Male employees receive five days of paternity leave.
Employees receive between 15 to 20 days of paid annual leave.
Employees are entitled to sick leave and may be entitled to sick benefits through social security.
Employees receive a profit bonus and some employers pay a 13th month salary.
Notice of 30 days is required in some cases. Severance is one month of salary for each year of work up to 11 months.
